About

The Data Center Rundown is an automated daily intelligence digest for the data center and digital infrastructure industry, including hyperscale facilities, colocation providers, enterprise data centers, and edge computing. Covers power and cooling systems, network infrastructure, compute hardware, facility operations, sustainability, market trends, AI workloads, and emerging technologies. Each day, our system scans 16 industry publications and Reddit forums, classifies articles by topic and relevance, and synthesizes key developments into a five minute email brief.

Methodology

We monitor a curated set of authoritative sources in the coverage area. Articles are automatically classified by topic, scored for relevance, and ranked by editorial criteria that prioritize industry impact and reader interest. Our goal is to surface what matters from across the industry for readers, and to send those readers to the original reporting.

About Rundown Club

Rundown Club is operated by Eliot Shepard, who has built and run technology groups for Inman, Vox Media, Eater, Vice and 451 Research. It launched in November 2025.
